Straight and Beautiful Smile Starts Here!

Platinum Invisalign Provider

Today, there are more orthodontic options than ever—from clear aligners to metal or ceramic braces, as well as hybrid approaches that combine both. Achieving your ideal smile may involve additional treatments before, during, or after orthodontic treatment. In certain cases, orthodontics may not even be the most appropriate solution.

That’s why it’s essential to take a comprehensive approach. Before beginning treatment, we carefully review all available options, define your goals, and discuss expected outcomes and potential risks—so you can make a confident, informed decision about your smile.

Choosing the right orthodontic treatment isn’t just about straightening teeth—it’s about finding the best balance between results, comfort, appearance, and lifestyle.

YOUR PROGRESS WITH INVISALIGN CLEARS ALIGNERS

Your custom-made aligners will be made of our proprietary Invisalign SmartTrack material. They’re virtually invisible, so most people won’t even notice you’re wearing them. That’s one of the most wonderful features of these clear aligners. Wear your Invisalign clear aligners 20 to 22 hours a day for the best results, taking them out only to eat and to brush and floss.

You’ll come back to our studio periodically so we can track the gradual shift that will take place with your teeth. You will also receive new aligners at each of these appointments until the treatment is complete. Each new set of Invisalign aligners will be slightly modified to allow the shift in your teeth to continue until the treatment is complete. At every stage you’ll be able to see your progress and just imagine how far your new smile will take you.

Teen / Children Orthodontics

Early Orthodontic Assessment

The American Association of Orthodontists recommends that children have their first orthodontic evaluation by age 7. At this stage, the teeth and jaw have developed enough for potential concerns to be identified, even if they’re not yet visible. In most cases, treatment isn’t needed right away. However, an early evaluation allows our team to take a comprehensive view of your child’s development and determine if, when, and how treatment may be beneficial.

At Riverpark, we don’t just look at straightening teeth—we look at the bigger picture. Growth patterns, bite function, facial balance, and long-term oral health all play a role in creating the right plan. Early insight gives us time to guide development, simplify future treatment, and, in some cases, prevent more complex issues altogether. Because while dental problems don’t happen overnight, they can progress faster than most people expect.

Benefits of Orthodontic Treatment at a Young Age

Research shows that orthodontic treatment is often more effective when started while a child is still growing. At this stage, the jaw and skeletal structure are more adaptable, making it easier to correct complex issues and guide proper development. By addressing concerns early, we can create the space and foundation needed for adult teeth to emerge more naturally. When permanent teeth have adequate room to erupt, they tend to come in straighter—and are less likely to become crowded or misaligned later. Once all adult teeth have come in (typically between ages 12 and 14), the second phase of treatment begins. This stage focuses on refining alignment and bite details using braces or aligners. Because much of the groundwork has already been completed, this phase is often more efficient and typically lasts 12–18 months. This two-phase approach can lead to excellent long-term results, while in many cases reducing the need for tooth extractions or more invasive procedures such as jaw surgery.

Phase 1 - begins while some baby teeth are still present and focuses on guiding growth and development.

Phase 2 - begins once all permanent teeth have erupted and focuses on achieving precise alignment and bite correction.

Adult Orthodontics/Invisalign

You’re never too old to get the smile you’ve always wanted. In fact, adults is the fastest-growing segment of orthodontics. Adults make up between 25% to 33% of all ortho patients and steadily growing.

For far too long, adults shied away from metal braces, the only treatment available to straighten teeth. Many people didn’t have the courage to opt for this treatment during their busy adult years and professional careers. Invisalign became a big reason for the growth in adult ortho. Adults tend to have better results with orthodontic care when compared with younger patients, simply because they tend to be more compliant in following the dentist’s instructions.

Orthodontic care has various health benefits outside pure esthetics.

Celebrities wear Dental Braces!

Celebrities with Dental Braces

It may seem that celebrities have had that perfect smile all their life. In reality, almost all had orthodontic treatment! Celebrities are just like you and I, for their teeth to look good, they need orthodontics.

Many celebrities wear braces proudly, illustrating further that celebrities are not the idealism’s that we all have to strive for. Tom Cruise had orthodontic treatment done in 2002 at the age of 39, making it very clear that the mission wasn't impossible for his orthodontist! He wasn't shy with his train-tracks either, as he let them shine in all their glory at the premiere of the “Space Station 3-D” movie in 2002.

In 2003, another famous star was seen with braces on his lower teeth: Nicholas Cage. He wanted to get his teeth in line while he was in between films.

Back in 2004, songwriter Delta Goodrem was seen in Beverly Hills at a restaurant after the Grammys wearing braces, supposedly to prevent her teeth from moving during her Hodgkin’s lymphoma treatment.
